Only the first 5 characters of the hash are sent to our server, which returns all hashes matching that prefix, and the match is verified locally — your plain-text password never leaves your device. Email checks similarly transmit only a hash prefix, and our servers never store any plain-text personal information.

We integrate with the world's most authoritative data breach database, which aggregates over 1,000 public breach incidents and more than 17 billion breached records, including well-known platforms like Adobe, LinkedIn, NetEase and JD.com. The data is continuously updated, and new breaches are usually indexed within days of being disclosed.

Yes. Your annual subscription benefits remain valid for the current billing period. After it expires, the service pauses and you are never auto-charged. To keep using it, renew manually before expiry. We do not support mid-term refunds, so we recommend trying the free password check first before deciding to upgrade.

Both plans offer unlimited checks. There are three key differences: ① the number of monitored emails (3 vs 10); ② Family adds independent accounts for family members, so each member can view their own security status privately; ③ Family adds WeChat template message alerts. If you only need to protect yourself, Personal is enough. If you want to cover your family too, Family offers better value.

Enterprise supports monitoring all email addresses under one company domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com), with no limit on account numbers. Simply verify domain ownership via DNS and the system will automatically monitor all mailboxes under that domain. For multiple domains, contact us for a custom quote.

We currently support Alipay online payment. Enterprise plans support corporate bank transfer and can issue ordinary VAT invoices. If you need a special VAT invoice, please contact our customer service before purchasing.
